"With a master's degree in World Economy and 5 years of experience of living and working in China, Elena specializes today in Market Expansion and Route-to-Market strategies. She currently leads Global expansion efforts at an IT company, focusing on partnerships and global presence. Leveraging her cross-cultural communication skills, Elena assists businesses in expanding their reach and revenue through innovative advertising solutions. With her experience in working with startups and successfully bringing them to the Chinese market, her upcoming presentation together with Art Franczek covers topics as 'China's Rise as a Tech Superpower,' 'AI in China,' Chinese AI startups, and export control issues.

Art Franczek is the president of the American Institute of Business & Economics (AIBEc), a top ranked Western style MBA program in Russia. He holds an MBA, a CPA and a Masters of Science in Taxation from DePaul University in Chicago, and worked as Corporate Tax Manager with a Fortune 1000 company dealing with federal and international tax issues involving 25 countries. He has several published articles on taxation issues, and has taught tax accounting, tax policy, comparative taxation and similar courses to business students for the past 20 years. He is a member of the American Chamber of Commerce Tax Committee, and Co-Chair of the Customs Committee, and in between teaching for AIBEc he is a frequently conference speaker on comparative taxation and tax accounting issues at various institutions and businesses around the world.
